child custody questions explored

When parents split up it is not easy for the children. Both parents want to have custody of their kids. This leads them to try and find answers to their child custody questions

How do you go about getting custody of your children? The easiest thing to do would be have an agreement between the two parents that outline the visitation for one another. This is almost always acceptable to the courts as long as there is no history of abuse of any kind.

If you want to make the judge mad and lose favor in the child custody case, just start the he said she said battle. Judges absolutely hate that.

Another tip is to never try and put the child against the other parent. The courts hate that too. That tells the court that you don't have the best interest of the child in mind. If you don't the interest of the child in mind why in the world would any court give you custody.
